Training Diary - Year 2 - Changes

Hello once again everyone. The last training diary ended abruptly when I had no internet for a few months which means there is a word document longer than my dissertation of all the stuff I have done. However this time I am going to change it a little bit and make it (give or take) more of a weekly/bi weekly thing as it got a bit repetitive.

What you'll also notice is I have made it all a lot prettier and have less of the self indulgent pictures of myself included in this area which, eventually, will be a place for showing my development or perhaps development of clients and pupils in the future...! However, I will make sure in my blogs there are enough pictures of my torso and me running to never leave a pervert unsatisfied.

What will also change is my style of writing no longer will it involve copius lists of pointless information but more stuff about my thoughts feelings and emotions. It will get a little homoerotic at times and do not be afraid to embrace this with me!

However, lets get serious and review where I am at in my training. I have just come back from Canada a little more fatty than I was but still in fairly good shape. I have no real niggles other than the back and I feel pretty good. Awesome.

I need to still get the diet in control again gradually and eat a bit less but that will build back up in much the same way training is. Though my coach, Mr. Gregory Potter...more on that guy later, is going to help me deal with that. Largely concerning the Paleo Diet methinks.

The main change, however, is where I am in the world. I currently live in sunny Kent near Canterbury and therefore use the facilities around there:

Canterbury High School Track
Tankerton Slopes
Flex Appeal gym

This will continue to be the situation for the bulk of my training.

My supplements are from Tesco and Optimum Nutrition. (Will talk more about that in my next post)

Right here are my main aims. I think they are all reasonable. I thought I would be honest and open about these and I think in that way I can be accountable to them. That way I will not fail to achieve them. Believe me.

Aims for the year:

1. Start my own business (preferably in personal training and coaching)
2. Complete my qualifications
3. Continue athletics as long as it lets me.
4. Run sub-11 100m
5. Run sub 7 60m
6. Don't let running get in the way of a little...enjoyment

I think that is about it. I will also gradually move this blog into a more personal training/nutrition and coaching blog when the time is right. However, this requires my knowledge to be a little more substantive than it is at the moment. However, feel free to contact me with any suggestions you feel are applicable to the blog or any links you feel might help.

Peace Out x
